Terms of service

These terms explain how Digital Age's Website Plan and Grow plans work. We provide every service under a written agreement that we both accept before paid work starts. If the agreement and this page ever differ, the agreement applies.

Who we work with

We may decline any project. We currently do not take on work in health care, legal or financial services, online stores, or regulated products such as cannabis, firearms or alcohol.

No guarantee of results

We work hard to make your website and campaigns effective, but we do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, calls, sales or any other result. Results depend on your market, your competition and how many people find you.

Website Plan

Plans and prices

• Quarterly: $297 per quarter. Cancel at the end of any quarter.
• Annual: $990 per year.
• Prices are in US dollars and paid in advance through a secure payment request. No setup fee.
• Payment: Card, bank transfer or US bank (ACH) debit, through a secure payment request we email you after you approve the preview.

Renewal and canceling

• The annual plan renews only if you agree. We send a reminder at least 30 days before it ends.
• Quarterly plans can be canceled at the end of any quarter.

Refunds

• You can have a full refund of your first Website Plan payment within 30 days of paying.
• This refund does not apply to renewals or to Grow fees, and never to ad spend.
• After that, we do not refund time already delivered. If Digital Age ends a Website Plan or a Grow plan, we refund the unused part of the paid period pro rata.
• Refunds are paid by a method we confirm with you in writing.

What is included

• Website design and build
• Hosting, SSL and security updates
• One key change every month
• A monthly analytics email
• Google Business Profile tune-up
• AI lead assistant free for the first 3 months

Not included: domain registration (billed at cost, registered in your name), writing beyond your existing text, professional photography and online stores.

Key change: A key change is one request of up to 60 minutes of work, such as updating text, photos, hours, services or a section. It does not roll over to the next month. Extra changes are quoted before we start.

Monthly analytics email: A one-page monthly email summary from your Google Analytics account: visits, where they came from, top pages, and clicks on call and form buttons.

AI lead assistant: an optional add-on that is free for the first 3 months, then $490 per year only if you opt in. It is never charged automatically. Needs a Website Plan.

Free previews

A preview is free and creates no obligation. If you do not take it up, we delete it after 30 days and do not contact you again.

Ownership and handover

You keep your domain name, your content and your analytics account. The site design and code stay licensed to Digital Age while the plan is active. If you cancel, we hand over your domain, your content and access to your analytics within 14 days of canceling.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business.
• Only send us photos, logos and text you have permission to use.
• Make sure any claims about your business, such as licenses or insurance, are true.

How we use AI tools

AI tools help us draft work, and a person reviews it.

Social media (Grow)

• Each month we deliver what your plan includes: 6 to 8 posts a month on Lite, 8 to 12 posts a month on Plus.
• You approve each month's content calendar before anything is posted.
• You own all your social media and ad accounts and give us partner or manager access only.
• We never publish AI-generated images as if they were real jobs.
• We send you a report every month.
• Prices: Lite $199 per month, Plus $249 per month, extra campaigns $49 per month each.
• Billing: Grow is billed monthly only, by a secure payment request each month.
• Welcome offer: Month 1 is free. If you cancel during it, you owe nothing. Discounts can't be carried over or exchanged for cash. Clients on the annual Website Plan also get 50% off Grow months 2 and 3. Limited to our first 10 Grow clients.

Canceling and refunds for Grow

• Grow plans run month to month.
• To cancel, email us before your next billing date. Canceling takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for.
• We do not refund a month that has started.
• The first-payment refund for Website Plans does not apply to Grow fees.
• If Digital Age ends a Grow plan, we refund the unused part of the paid month pro rata.
• Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and Google and is not refundable by Digital Age.

Advertising

• You own your Meta and Google Ads accounts.
• We get partner or manager access only, never your passwords or card details.
• You pay the ad platforms directly. Our fee does not include ad spend.
• You set the budget cap, and you can change it at any time.
• Ads must follow Meta's and Google's advertising policies and the advertising rules where you work.
• You are responsible for the truth of claims in your ads, such as licenses and prices.
• We do not guarantee leads, calls or sales from advertising.
